On October 15, 2017 there was an event at A Mi Hacienda in Pico Rivera, California celebrating pachuco and zoot suit culture. On the bill were Tierra, Thee Midniters, Pachuco Jose Y Los Diamantes, Mark Guerrero & Yaqui, Lily Lulu Cardova, and comedian Rudy Moreno. At this event Mark performed his dad's song "Tin Marin de do Pingue" with Pachuco Jose Y Los Diamantes; his songs "On the Boulevard" and "I'm Brown," in addition to "Get Your Baby," (originally recorded by his teenage band Mark & the Escorts) with Yaqui; and his dad's "Los Chucos Suaves" with Tierra.
